Tasks (plugin)

Introduction

This section is accesible through Plugins section by selecting the Tasks tab.

This plugin can be installed/uninstalled and disabled/enabled as any other.

Note that you do not need to click Submit button to save changes. They are automatically saved.

This plugin is also dependable on the SMTP settings, if those are not specified then notifications via e-mail won't function.

Workflows

Workflows can be controlled from the workflows data table which contains the following fields:

  • Id. Id of the workflow.
  • Name columns. Names of the workflows in each installed language.

To add a workflow click on the Add button below the workflows data table. A new entry will appear.

To set or update a name for workflow double click on the corresponding column cells and enter a new value in the editor.

To delete a workflow select it by clicking on it's Id field and then click on the Delete button located below the workflows data table.

Workflow actions

Workflow actions are controlled from the actions data table which contains the following fields:

  • Id. Id of the action.
  • Name columns. Names of the actions in each installed language.
  • Theme. Color of this action's button.
  • Parent. Specify the parent actions after which this action will be available. Note that parents can't be assigned to starting actions (named by default "Accept" and "Decline").

To add an action click on the Add button below the actions data table. A new entry will appear.

To set or update a value for an action double click on the corresponding column cell and enter a new value in the editor.

To delete an action select it by clicking on it's Id field and then click on the Delete button located below the workflows data table. Note that Ids that have red color cannot be deleted.

To change the order of the action buttons (order is considered when 2 or more actions are available simultaneously) select an action by clicking on it's Id field and then click on the Move up or Move down buttons located below the actions data table.
