To view layer metadata hover your mouse over a layer name, a tooltip will pop up containing the information.

This section controls global layers metadata. To view layer specific metadata documentation see Metadata. Information consists of a keyword and it's value in a specific language. The resulting information is merged from global metadata and selected layer metadata. If both sources have an identical keyword then the value from layer metadata will be shown. This is the list of available keywords:

  • ows_title - Page title (will be displayed in the header section). This will be used as your service title in OWS services.
  • ows_abstract - Description
  • ows_attribution_onlineresource - Data provider's URL
